    Good experience!

    Battery health is alright, can't really complain for a phone going on 3 years old. As for the state of the phone, its quite good. The only blemish appeared to be a scratch on the screen but it turned out that was on the screen protector so overall extremely happy with the purchase. Activation was simple as the phone was unlocked. I would purchase again.

    Size and functions are satisfactory

    Easy to set up and all the functions work as described. Purchased for a stroke patient who needed the talk to text feature to read texts and messages. Big enough to be held without any difficulty.

    I wouldn’t recommend

    Received this iPhone 11. Couldn’t hear on it and nobody could hear me. Had added the 1 year protection plan with Allstate. It wouldn’t allow me to place a repair order they said send it back to this company. The speaker was burned up and it was heavily scratches

    "IOS wins vs Android"

    The iPhone 11 64GB I received is exactly the same as offered. Battery capacity is 100% and connecting to Metro PCS was very easily done. Has been an android phone user for long time, IOS seems to be better.
