    Wont pair

    Unable to pair-something seems off with these. When you open the case the light just stays at "green", it never goes into pairing mode. I have yet to successfully pair it to my phone or computer even after charging it for an extended period of time. Not sure what the issue is.

    Didn't work at first...

    It did not sync up w/my case and phone. Had to take it in to the Apple store, ran a diagnostic which generated an error message that the Apple store employee had never seen before. Had to send in for repair. Luckily, it was repairable and at no cost. So, had it not been repairable, I would have returned item. Seems to be working well so far.

    The replacement charging case works grea...

    The replacement charging case works great. At first, after pairing it to my phone, the phone told me the case and airpod pros were mismatched but i told the phone to forget the new case then repaired and it worked fine.

    If you lost a pod, here’s your best bet.

    Seller was fast. The product works perfectly, as if it was straight from the Apple Store. Easy to synchronize with my phone and my own AirPod case.
