This was a factory refurb unit. Took it on my first trip after receiving it and was able to charge my iPhone 12 Pro from 8% to 70% before the battery died. I have to think the product is better than this and perhaps it was just my experience with a refurb.
Although it is a fast and great portable charger the only thing I can see becoming an issue is it being a little chunky but other than that it's a great and convenient product
