Looks great!! You have to pay for the Ford emblem... otherwise, the after market parts will suit just as well... NOT genuine NOS Ford parts, but passable.
This is NOT a Ford NOS part. It is licensed by Ford with the Ford part number to an aftermarket manufacturer to make. It is made in China. Looking at it side by side with my old, original part, it is very similar. But you can see details that are definitely different. The front Ford oval detail is not crisp and as deep as the original, and there are some quality details on the inside that stand out as different. Non of these affect function, and they are passable. But they should not be advertised as genuine Ford parts with the cost of what an NOS part would be. I was a Ford mechanic before retiring, so maybe I'm just a little too picky, but these are a bit expensive for thinking I was getting "genuine" Ford parts. Look good but fit is not satisfactory.
One cap does fit and look perfect. I will say that. The other cap looks great but doesn't fit tightly against the wheel, so it makes loud clanking noise every tire rotation. Probably something wrong with the initial mold. Furthermore I am having trouble getting a replacement. Picture attached show the gap between the cap and wheel unless I hold it up by hand.
