    Upgrade Worth every penny.

    Wish this came out sooner, Huge difference, Transmission temperature like its supposed to be now. Thanks to the Engineers at Superior Transmission and the people at Shift Co. and anybody else who designed and made this product available for us truck owners.

    Works great to lower transmission temp

    I can't speak to the long term because I only installed it about 150 miles ago. However, it was easy to do, instantly lowered my transmission temps and has a fail safe should the cooler clog. My transmission temp was regularly around 194 driving around town. Now it's around 156.

    Cooling system

    It's working very well came in pretty quick easy work anybody should be able to do that that ones a truck😉 Running transmission temp before switching out part was almost 200 It dropped by 20 to 30%.

    Installed next day, works Great, pre upd...

    Installed next day, works Great, pre update fluid temp 190 degrees, Crazy !!!! Now 120 to 154 degrees new filter and flushed hole system new dex 6. 2016 gmc 4x4 w/60,000 miles, fluid was almost black. So far so good , shifts good, with cooler temps this tranny might make it. My uncle just moved back to the area, so the soonest I could get my hands on He's truck. With this sure cool kit installed he's got a chance.

    Works pretty much as advertised

    Very very easy to install. Just follow the instructions. On average lowered transmission temp. 6-10 degrees. One time apparently was stuck. Just happened to look at transmission temp. Was 198 never been that high. Started to lower to 181. So far only time that happened. Usually now stays about 178-185.

    It works and easy to install.

    The automatic transmission in my 2018 5.3L Chevy Silverado is now running nice and cool. I was frequently getting to 200 degrees F even without a trailer but now I am staying under 140 without load and below 165 with moderate load. I will note that I did a transmission fluid flush and filter change at the same time.

    This will save your Transmission

    Absolutely necessary on the chevy. I drove 60 miles on the hwy yesterday, tranny temp stayed at a constant 131°F. I stopped at Walmart and left it running for 10 minutes after the drive and the temperature rose to 149°F. Weather yesterday was 85°. Install is as easy as it looks on YouTube

    Excellent Product: Sure Cool STL010 for 2015 Silverado 1500

    Easy install (20 min), my truck shifts smoother, ran cooler and gives me significant piece of mind for xmission longevity. Before the upgrade trans temperatures were 200° + in SC and after install @154° vs 82° ambient. I highly recommend this product I just wish I knew about this sooner/before 100K on my 2015 Silverado 1500. Chevy should've implemented this a long time ago with a recall when they know they have a heat issue with the 6l80/6l90s....Thanks Sure Cool for a great product.

    GREAT PRODUCT GREAT PRICE FAST DELIVERY AND EASY TOO INSTALL

    If I could put over 5 stars I would if you have the 6l80/6l90/8l90 I have a (6l80e ) but if you running high temps ( high temps kill transmission) so it will longer the life of your trans. You should change out the trans thermostat (bypass-valve) I average 145-150. Sometimes even 120-130 compared to before I was running 195-201 after 15 mins of driving. After switching went on a 11hr drive and didn't go over 150"f" once I truly recommend it. Good price fast delivery and works better than I could of imagined

    Worth the small amount.

    My trucks transmission temp was around 197-200 within a short time. Then I installed this and now driving on the interstate for hours and hours and my temp never got above 142. These transmissions do not like heat and the converter will grenade its self.
