    Another very nice helicopter kit from AMP

    Another very nice kit from AMP. The shape is very good and the details are well done. There is some flash, but not excessive. The clear parts fit very well, but need some polishing.The cockpit is very nice, but the cabin and cockpit roof is devoid of detail; a single quilted piece is used to cover that portion. Some parts, especially the rotor and landing gear details are very thin. There are three decal choices; two Olive Drab U.S. Army H-25 "Army Mules," and one Yellow U.S. Navy Reserve HUP-2 Retriever from Willow Grove with an orange reserve stripe on the fuselage. Decals are nicely printed and in register. Super detailers can make a masterpiece from this kit. Overall, this is a very nice kit of a rarely seen helicopter in 1/48. Recommended for modelers with some experience.

    Excellent model kit. PE fret and resin detail. Good decals, though there are now some better after-market options. Recommended!
