    Arrived dead was unable to get charged

    Upon arrival install it and issue remained the same later on found out the battery had sat too long on shelf and was dead. Don’t waste time if you have nest within the 2 year period just have them replace it free

    Does not charge properly and does not work with Nest 2nd Gen Thermostat

    Bought this as a replacement doe Nest 2nd Gen Thermostat. The battery does not charge sufficiently and will not provide 3.7V supply required for the thermostat to boot up. The maximum voltage is provided was 3.27V and hence was not enough for the Nest to start. Also, it getting hot when charging.

    Kinda disappointed

    I’m disappointed with it! I charged it for two days, it wouldn’t charge! But it might a problem with the thermostat charging port.

    Battery replacement

    Must be careful but repacing the battery is a great idea...Saving over $150.00 dollars..Read online how to repace it and it works great ..Mine is line new now or only ap rox.. $19.00
