Perfect part for the job!!!
Resolved my 2012 Focus Titanium issues (91k miles, original owner). 1) A/C would stop blowing cold air at stoplights, 2) engine cooling fan would intermittently come on when I opened the driver door to enter the vehicle (which was off), 3) 3 near overheat issues while idling with A/C on (one in driveway, two in fast-food drive thru lines). My vehicle issues are resolved!!! The module that arrived was as PRISTINE as the advertised picture.....clearly never used (see picture below). Strongly recommend this NEW OEM part (with OEM sticker) versus the $30-35 amazon parts with some horrible comments from buyers, and one terrible youtube video review from a buyer.

Fixed the issue with my 2012 Mazdaspeed 3!
This part fixed the fan issue on my 2012 Mazdaspeed 3! It is the same quality as the OEM part from Mazda and plugged right in and is working perfectly with no cooling issues for over a month now in 90+ degree weather. It was a lot cheaper than getting the module from Mazda as it does not come by itself, but can only be bought with the entire fan shroud.

Perfect solution
2012 Focus cooling fan started coming on when driver's door opened and engine off. Then cooling fan would randomly quit while driving and A/C would go warm. Replaced the cooling fan control unit with this part and fan works normally now. Fixed my radiator fan.
