No More Heavy Window Units!
18000 BTU Aura series. Seems like a well made product, run's very quiet. Instructions are adequate for anyone with a bit of HVAC/electrical knowledge. The included line set and communication cable is a bonus and of good quality. I ordered the Senville wall bracket, and line set cover to go with, they are also good quality, and all shipped together....Fast!! I have only had it running for a day, but I am very pleased with it so far. Not having to install a heavy window unit this season, and having some backup heat in the winter, is well worth the $1500 I have into it right now!! My only regret, is not buying another one while they were $999 on sale. Did I mention Quiet :), compared to my old window unit, and pellet stove for heat in the winter, this thing is nearly silent, even on full blast. Being able to aim the cold air to my spot on the couch, PRICELESS!! (The missus say's I planned it that way :)

Senville 18000 HF Aura heat pump
Just finished install on my 2nd 18000 Hf Aura unit. Install is fairly straight forward. Units are amazing have 1 upstairs and heats whole floor of 1000sq ft. 2nd unit in basement and it will heat that space. The service from Senville is awesome. The products are built very well. My units are good to -30 c but at -24 c it was maxing out. In Newbrunswick it's not that cold very often. Have not used the ad portion yet but it will be equally great. Will be buying another unit very soon for my shop. Thankyou Senville

Quiet yet power-packed AC package
Very impressed with the Senville 180000 BTU Mini-split. Shipping was prompt and trouble free. Installation was remarkably easy with all necessary accessories: did buy the extra cable/tray protector for a clean look and weather protection. After hook-up, it ran and boy is it quiet! Senville 18000 BTU mini split
Love it, the heat my husband and I find it cozy. We haven't tried the air conditioning yet, we sure could have used it this summer. We are well prepared for next summer. Nice unit overall with everything included to install.
The unit was well packed for shipping. I found it came with everything needed for a successful installation. The unit itself is very quiet and seems to run very efficiently for my needs. All I will say is sometimes the remote and app seem to conflict with each other where one will work and the other will then show wrong info.

Excellent product - heats/cools/drys. Silent!
This product is incredibly quiet - both the indoor unit and the outdoor unit. Unlike traditional air conditioners where the outdoor unit buzzes/vibrates and makes a fair amount of noise, this product is just about silent. Except for the weight, wall mounting is likely not an issue. Operation is quire simple and the remote is quite intuitive. I was also pleased to see that everything can be configured to display Celsius degrees. This build quality of both the indoor and outdoor unit is quite good. It is a bit of effort to install and you will need to hire an electrician and HVAC person to connect it correctly. If you do decide to install this yourself, please remember that you will need to pull a very deep vacuum on the lines. This cannot be done/measured with regular gauges - you'll need a digital gauge. Overall you'll need to invest another $300-700 for the vacuum pump, vacuum gauge, flaring tool, and nitrogen tank if going the DIY route. The only issue I ran into...and it's quite minor...is that the drain elbow for the outdoor unit is too tall to fit under the unit if installed on a concrete slab. This prevents you from redirecting condensation water produced by the outdoor (condenser) unit. I suspect this would be a non-issue if wall mounting.Achat vérifié : OuiÉtat : Neuf

Yes, I'd buy again
Purchased for my basement. It stays 65 or less year round, winter is 55 or so. Needed to raise temp to work there. The mini split works great. 45 degrees outside and it produces 95f air. Shipping quick by Senville. This is really good product. The APP downloaded and works great with my android phone. Can see outside temp and inside temp and adjust accordingly. Oh, had to drill through 8 inches of pored concrete.. not easy, but doable.

Awesome in cold weather -20°

lightweight all write , need 2 man to hold while 3rd one connects the pipes
Ruff to work on,with the connection in rear centre they tell u can come out from left or right bull.....they should provide a short curved pipe and a "T" instead one peace 16 feet bend though wall and connect it in the blind ,a more sturdy drain hose this one collapsed on me twice all ready and had a pool of water , had to improvise it my self also the outside unit mounting rubber no good i installed 4 from portable generator solid rubber with built in stud 1 on top 1 on bottom. same as others i purchasedAchat vérifié : OuiÉtat : Neuf
