The mechanic ordered a brand new part and I didn’t know. I received the item from this company as described and shown in excellent condition and packaged well. I absolutely would recommend this company to anyone and I will definitely order parts from them again. Their service is outstanding from their excellent customer service, responding to messages quickly, to the on time shipping and delivery.

This was a very heavy item and the freight shipping was handled well. I was contacted beforehand to arrange shipping to my non-commercial address and it arrived on schedule. I'll definitely be ordering from Overland Imports again and recommending them to my fellow Land Rover owners.

I made an offer, which was automatically accepted, and eBay automatically charged my card and also gave the seller my billing address rather than my shipping address (which I have used on all my recent purchases). No choice of address was given by eBay. Luckily, I noticed quickly and the seller sent the wheel to the corrected address. Top notch communication, and better than expected condition on a used item.
