The seller's communication was excellent and I was very pleased with the camera. The seller used DHL for the delivery and they informed of the import duty to be paid and handled the payment. Unfortunately there was a fault with the camera and reluctantly I had to return it, the seller responded quickly to my return request without any issues. Please note DHL will take 15% tariff and a 2% processing fee (17% total). The DHL invoice is misleading: "import export duties" are the tariffs. I'm writing this so it helps others... with taxes and tariffs, it was 25% of the total cost! The value would've been great had it not been for the U.S. tariffs... but still it wasn't bad. The seller was prompt in communicating with me. Thank you camelion-japan! Very quick to ship, I was super surprised by the response from the team about the order being ready to ship and just days later its at my door. Completely unexpected in this day and age for such phenomenal support, and as soon as it arrived there was a message from them asking how it was and if there were any questions I had. They didn't bug me or harass me, just the perfect amount of communication.
