They apologized and offered a full refund or a replacement that was a different style, but the same size. I was very happy with the replacement offer and accepted it happily. The seller told me they found out the replacement jacket was of a higher value than the original jacket listed, but would still honor the proposition that was made. The jacket shipped soon, and I received it faster than expected!
