Told me when it would be shipped out and when I should approximately recive it. The items were brand new. The quality for the figure was better then other Metal Robot Spirits figures. Proud defenders wings were a little lose but lose joint water compound fixed it. Also better paint job less sheen more matte colors which look great. I will buy from this store again.
