But the owner let me know immediately and I had to ask for a refund. Which they refunded the money that same day. I was very impressed with the communication with them. I would definitely order from them again

Communication was excellent. We were told to keep the trailer and will donate it to a local animal rescue on the islands of Bocas Del Toro Panama. Mistakes happen. It is always a pleasant surprise when companies are so quick to fix an error. The pet carrier is excellent and has already transported 2 rescues using our custom built trailer.
