There are no holes, nothing missing. He looks exactly as pictured, with a removable strawberry suit and is perfection in a little teddy bear! The cost was actually very manageable, very similar to original jellycat prices. He came a little earlier than expected too!

I ordered a New JBL Flip 6 Speaker & this seller sends me a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT item that was USED (obviously a return of some kind). Came in an opened crushed box w/ original seal/packing shoved down in the bottom of the box. THEN the seller says that I need to "pay" ($48.80) to return it to them, promising to refund the cost once they receive it. For 2 weeks they've been telling me "just wait a few more days for refund". UNACCEPTABLE. SHADY SELLER. BAIT & SWITCH.
