    Good transformer for LEDs.

    This is a 120-watt rated transformer. According to several experts, you need to use only 70-80% of power load. I used only 42 watts with my six, 7-watt spotlights. This will leave me approximately 42 to 54 watts of expansion room for future light fixtures. I mounted the unit to my brick on the top with 2- Tapcon screws and one (I broke a drill bit, so only used one) of the supplied plastic anchors and screws on the bottom. You will need to leave the bottom screw(s) out temporarily to install the lead wire(s) into the 12 volt and common lugs, then hang the transformer on the top screws and tighten the bottom screw(s.) I decided not to use the dusk to dawn photosensor, because I read some negative reviews about how that feature quit after awhile. I opted instead to cap it off and just set ...

    Hampton lighting Low-Voltage transformer

    The received Hampton lighting transformer arrived well-packed and in perfect condition. It worked 100% when I connected it to our existing garden LED lights -as a replacement for our 15+ years 300VA transformer - also Hampton Bay brand. Good value! and thank you.

    Functions flawlessly!

    I like this unit very much! It functions as presented by the manufacturer. I especially like the dusk-to-dawn feature, it's the first power supply I've owned with this feature that actually works.

    Heavy-duty Transformer/Timer

    i needed a heavy duty transformer to handle (14) 3 watt landscape lights. i wired the new transformer and it works perfectly. for simplicity sake, i also had to order a Photo cell attachment.

    Hampton Bay low voltage landscape timer

    This is my second Hampton Bay timer. My first one was old but not broken andI felt it was time to replace it. It has been very reliable. Once programmed forget about it and let it do its work.
