I contacted them on the latest date it was supposed to arrive, they said they were waiting on SSDs and it would ship the next day. It didn't. I contacted them again. Finally shipped the day after that. Had they informed me about the delay earlier, I'd have appreciated it. But I had to initiate all communication.
