Packing was a little sketch w/ only 2 sides of the item being protected with cut-up cardboard, although it was wrapped in bubble wrap..I prefer them in a box (especially a chase item) but it arrived undamaged thankfully..just something to consider in future. Item was as described in the info at the store. The item was well packaged The radio arrived smashed because the lady of USPs literally threw it at least 4 feet onto my porch. No amount of packaging would have saved the radio from such a rough treatment. The seller refunded the radio after showing pictures of the damage. Clear, good and courteous communication I launched a complaint of malicious damage against this employee of USPS, is the third time she got caught on the doorbell camera just throwing stuff on my porch

Item is as described but better. Very clean and no odor. Good value for the quantity of sewing foot accessories received. Less expensive as well as nicer than others I’d looked at. Would buy from this Seller again.
