Had to pay £55 in export charges (which I hadn't been prior notified of) even though I paid almost the same amount in postage. Their customer service responded at first in a nonchallant way and then didn't reply my subsequent messages. I had to spend time refreshing the ParcelForce and DHL pages to know when my parcel would arrive. Terrible experience, wouldn't order from them again.
