It took several hours to assemble because of the tiny screws and nylock nuts. After assembling, I noticed that one of the handles was bent from the factory. Poor quality, or that would have been noticed at the factory. Now I will have to disassemble the handle and re-bend it straight before I can use the spreader.

It was also a great price. However, one area where it can improve for the customer to have a much better experience is when trying to scan the QR code that came on the manual it will not work or open the video on how to assemble it. In searching for videos I found one from Vevor that doesn’t go into detail. It’d be nice if the QR code actually worked and showed a detailed video.

There were no instructions as to what tools and sizes are needed, so had to guess and check most of the time. Other than that, the instructions made sense. The latch for locking the opening in place needed some force, but it worked fine after manual adjustment. This is a time saver and worth it.

Appearance of packaging was promising and upon opening the quality and condition of the item was perfect. Vent was a great item for a great value. Sellervis by far the quickest i have ever dealt with as far as response time for return emails. I ordered the incorrect item the first time and seller immediately offered a resolution and solved the issue very quickly. Highly recommend this seller !!

I'll buy from them again and recommend the filter too.
