I contacted the seller, and she immediately responded that she would send another one. I was very pleased as I really liked this piece. It was exactly what I was looking for and I was so disappointed that it arrived broken. She even went as far as to tell me she was shipping a "test case" to her parents. The end of the story, I never received another turtle stepping stone and after many attempts to contact her I never heard from her again.
