NB: full disclosure: have not ALL tested tubes sonically / electronically in amp yet, but, i have never had any sort of issue in any of my past purchases and i do not anticipate any issues with these tubes that wouldn't be quickly and professionally resolved by this quick and professional vendor!

In this instance, as with all our sales, we offered the buyer a full refund. We stock over 3,000,000 tubes and have sold tubes since 1978. Unfortunately, this buyer doesn’t understand that different manufacturers made and labeled tubes for other companies.
