My only "small" complaint is that the battery health is 84% to be sold as excellent, but it serves its purpose as a backup phone. I would also say the price was fair for the phone as well. Overall, I am very satisfied.

The phone quality is indeed excellent condition. For physical appearance there are a few small scratches on the back and side but you can’t see it when you put a case on. That’s to be expected anyway. It was shipped quickly and packed securely. Great price and value for a great phone. The battery is at 85%. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

It was indeed an iPhone 13 Pro with 512GB that was unlocked, and it even shipped with the charging cord and a SIM card extractor tool. This is an expensive and worrisome purchase for me, and I am relieved to get this product without any issues. Arrived on time as well. Thank you seller and I would order from them again!

The communication I received from the seller was professional and quick. My iPhone arrived looking brand new! There were no marks on it at all! It was sold in excellent condition and refurbished. The value for what I paid seemed very fair. I would recommend this seller for items they are selling.
