I ordered this for my husband for Father's Day which was June 16th. I placed the order on June 9th and it didn't arrive until June 26th. 17 days or even 14 days if we deduct weekend delivery dates seems excessive to me. I'm sorry but I cannot give you 5 Stars for that reason.

They do wear in time. It was received on time if not a bit early. I had questions up front and after receipt. They always responded within 2hrs. I highly recommend this vendor and will use them again as I own two Note devices.
