The ESD-safe bag that was used clearly got jostled around and the board even ripped the bag in some places, due to the movement in shipping. I checked the motherboard, and everything was all right, but I still don't love the fact that it happened. There were noticeable tears and holes, and parts of the board were sticking out of the holes in the bag.

The only sign that it had been used was one ram slot tab was open and bios showed cpu had been changed at first fire up. Tells me it was tested.
