They needed to be polished and when I polished them the pieces look like new. Also, The company shipped both pieces together to save me extra dollars. My original order was canceled with no explanation, then messaged me she found transfer, then added extra $5.71 to the price. Communication went unanswered, slow or vague. Item arrived late, poorly packaged, missing the applicator, and with the product exposed due to a missing cap. I received a refund $5.71 after confronting the price difference, but overall, this showed little care or professionalism.
