What was a failure was this was part of a three item order-purchase and only two items arrived. I understand shipments are directed via an Ebay shipping hub, and it is they who finally package the order up and mail on. Disappointing that it seems that item I wanted is now 'lost' in that Ebay shipping system. The seller was helpful but unable to do much in this instance.
