I suspect that someone working for the shipping company removed the item from the envelope and resealed it. I contacted the seller, and he sent a replacement. I recommend this seller.

The customer service was great and I was contacted about fitment prior to them sending the part. The compressor was very affordable and cheaper than the big box autoparts stores. The mechanic installed the part already and it was a perfect fit and it works great. My AC is ice cold. Overall I am a very satisfied customer and I highly recommend AUTODAYPLUS.
