So I contacted seller right away and they replied back to my e-mail right away. They offered to send me a return postal to ship back but I offered to purchase this figurine so we agree on a price and problem was resolved. All of the unboxed figurines were well packaged were in good shapes. Quick shipper. Sellers were very good to work with. Would buy again from them. Thank U!
