Asked for pics of the item but refused becude they said it was sealed & did not want to damage it. I bought it as their reviews were good & it looked as though if I had any issues I could return it ok so that gave me confidence. The item arrived in good time & was well packed. There was no seal on the box & there is some ware & tare in the box indicating it has been opened a few times before but item is in pristine so very happy.
