What I got was a rose gold refurbished watch, when I messaged her and asked why I received refurbished watch, she states she don’t ship them. But they have both new and refurbished. I asked if I could switch mine for a new since that’s what I thought I bought. I could have got a refurbished for half the price. She never replied to me, ignored every message. And changed the listing to like new. So eBay stepped in.
