There was an unfortunate issue with the item, which I believe to be no fault of theirs (or mine). The printer simply would not print anything but blank pages. I tried in vain to clean the print head, new print cartridges... nothing worked. The item was printing properly before shipping though. The only conclusion is that something happened during shipping.
