The appearance of items was good. The problem is that there were NO SCREWS supplied . The listing had a picture with screws in it. The text of the listing said it was supplied WITH SCREWS. Yet no screws. I contacted the seller who said he didn’t supply screws any more. I pointed out that the listing says the opposite. Originally Mental 3D purchased this item for us and accepted the offer for £20, seller then sends out the wrong item and said he’ll send the right item out but eBay refunded the item, the seller then re advertise the item without offers because he knew someone was interested in the item, so we have now paid another £12 and he not agreed to the partial refund either.
