Seller's response was excellent, but it took an extra 12-14 days for me to have a working watch (ground shipping for return and replacement). Replacement was a NEW one with full one year Apple warranty, which was great given the extra effort that I had to go through. I suggest improving QA to make sure nothing is overlooked before shipping. All was good in the end. I Would buy again from them.

They asked to cancel my order because they "accidentally" listed it twice. They also tried to tell me that the item didn't work. The listing said that the remote was bad but it just needed to be paired. I discovered that they sometimes list the same items twice using two different eBay accounts. They did ultimately deliver my order and shipped it promptly, but I do question their competence and trustworthiness.
