However shipping was very slow, 5 days after payment I had to ask seller when they were going to ship, soon after I received tracking number and first shipping scan later that day. I would recommend better shipping practices. Thank you for the great deal on this product.

My fears turned out to be unfounded, because the item came as advertised and in the original box. All the parts were there, including the wrench and plumbers tape. It was well packaged and arrived quickly. The price, plus shipping was $20 below retail. I'm looking forward to setting it up when I get home.
