In the box, there was the instruction manual, warranty card and neck strap that was still in it's plastic bag and never been used. They were very well packaged, inside a bigger box with plenty of bubble wrap for protection. By far the best binoculars I have. Excellent seller. Many Thanks

Shipping was super fast ordered it Monday shipped Tuesday arrived Thursday early! The packaging was great wrapped with lots of bubble wrap, literally as described tiny scratches on the screen but nothing crazy looks nice and clean started taking photos of my son and the camera worked amazing totally worth it !

Arrived quickly to Australia, FedEx took care of import matters efficiently. Packaged with good protection. Appearance as described, all main functions appear to work normally. My only criticism is that when opened, trunk interior & camera smelled musty like stale cigarettes. I’ve needed to deodorise trunk & clean camera body & allow to air to deal with this. Some loose debris present in filter slot.
