The condiiton of the box was a little bit tattered to be fair but the precious contents inside it - that being the supplement container and the capsules inside of that, were of pristine, condition. Came in great timing, was free of charge for delivery, and it was at such an amazing price as well. It does not do anything. What you want to look for is the Host Defense Lion's Mane that says 550 mg polysaccarides, not the fermented brown rice biomass or whatever.
