I had to reach out to the seller twice with horrible responses. When I finally after 6 almost 7 weeks of no delivery I tell them I’m going to write this review they offer a refund or to reship my item. Which they never did. Luckily usps after a week of sitting in my city found the item and delivered it but i received absolutely no help from the seller.
