It was so new it still had the shrink wrap on it. It was packaged and shipped in a sealed box with a ton of bubble wrap and other protective products, which kept it in pristine condition. Shipping from CA to TN took only a few days and I cannot believe how good this thing looks!! Best deal possible, highly recommend
