It should have been advertised as new with defects, with photos explaining why, not NWT. The metal hooks to actually close the pants simply weren't there. Just silver string in their place. The pants were also so wrinkled, they had to be balled up somewhere prior to shipping. The photo I'm posting is AFTER my first attempt to get the wrinkles out.
