I appreciate the free shipping, but was disappointed that I received a "box in a box", without any padding, bubble wrap or a single piece of crumpled newspaper. The outer box had normal shipping damage. Every bounce and bang is transferred to the product inside. There was nothing to really protect the contents. Beside that, price and product was a good value. Thank you-Ted
