Overall, the phone is in excellent condition per the item description. The appearance is also excellent, no scratches are visible on the body of the phone. Only 1 moderately deep (not hairline scratch and visible) is on the screen, but luckily it's on the top left, so I hardly notice it when I use it daily. The battery is a bit of a letdown at only 84%, but it's kind of what I expect. Overall, pretty good value for $500
