After contacting the seller he was very inconvenient and provided resolution that only worked for him. He claimed the factory shipped the wrong item and instead of shipping the correct item to me as soon as possible he wanted me to ship the wrong item back first and once he received it he would then mail me the right one. I paid $200 for a key that was supposed to have 2 buttons and they provided me with one that had not buttons. Will never buy from. I clearly stated that we messed up and that you received the wrong key fob. I also stated I would return the item at no cost to you and next day you a new one at no cost to you because we messed up. You did not want to have the item exchanged for the correct one. You went completely radio silent and did not respond. I am STILL am truly sorry for the error and inconvenience we caused you. I just wish you let me fix the error.

I was concerned that the shirt would not arrive in time for an event so the seller expedited the shipping at no extra charge. Class act! I highly recommend purchasing from this seller.
