The curling iron was obviously used and even damaged. When I opened the box, it was not as originally packaged. The iron was out of the bag, cord haphazardly tied together, the tip of the iron is damaged and the iron had been used because the barrel of the iron was not shiny as it would have been if new. Contacted the seller re: false advertising/description. Response was sorry but it works.
