Unfortunately as seen when unpacking one of them, the rattan on one part was damaged. We requested a return and the seller promptly provided the shipping labels to return the boxes which we really appreciated. I would deal with this seller again with no concerns since it was not their fault the product had some damage and they would not have been aware of it.

Obviously, this points to the fact that someone was lying when they said that 8 minutes later I could not cancel my order because it was already shipped.... when in fact, they did have the opportunity to ship the colour I wanted.
