Their solution is for me to take the computer apart and tighten up a “new” system. I’m not a tech Now they are saying if I return the system they will keep my money. They are scamming trying to strong arm buyers by lying to eBay when they get the product back. As a result, his refund was rejected - and he is simply using the feedback platform to retaliate (which is not how this area is supposed to be used). You have been added to our Blocked Buyers list.
