They said they couldn't deliver because they couldn't get access to the secure locker - despite the package being supposed to be delivered to my home address. Their next message said the package was at the sender's local Evri hub. And when they did finally deliver, it was left on our doorstep in plain view and the didn't knock or ring the bell. We were in.

A little naughty however if I was not happy with that I could have a refund. I was happy to wait. Item arrived well packaged, easy to fit, it will of course relax more once in position. There was 1 tiny dot which you can only see if you zoom in. We did offer reasonable partial refund. As you bought red mat, the tiny dot might have been visible due to the heat on packaging due to the hot weather here in UK but you can't even see it properly.
