      Unopened as promised. I need the item within a week so I asked for 2 day shipping and the seller upgraded my shipping without asking for additional payment! I don’t know if eBay charged me for that but I was grateful to receive it when I needed it. Thanks! The product is great and includes Bluetooth and enhanced listening. Sony: please add Android app. I recommend buying from this seller. OTC hearing aids can be a good as medical grade ones and these are just like earbuds.

      The delivery was without problems. The CRE-E10 hearing aids work well. Only had to download the software application for these hearing aids from the US server as there is no support in Europe. I am very satisfied with this purchase. Thank you!

      A superior and versatile set of OTC hearing aids.

      These OTC Sony CRE-E10 hearing aids are exactly what I needed. They vastly improve my hearing by amplifying the speech frequencies just the right amount. This is based upon my exact needs as determined by taking the "hearing test" administered through the Sony app that pairs with these devices. The app also lets you adjust the sound by altering volume, bass and treble, and even the direction from which the sound is coming. They are very comfortable and secure even after wearing them for several hours. The great bonus for iPhone users is that they will stream content and phone calls. If there is a negative, it is that, even though they look like high-end ear buds, they don't reproduce deep bass while streaming music the way ear buds do. Of course, that isn't what they are designed for.

      Works well, helps hearing, great product, just not perfect. I like the Sony setup app, although it can require multiple attempts; be patient, it will work. Price is economical for pro quality hearing aid. I had issues installing the app, which did not like my home network for some reason, kept crashing with error notice. Sony has great customer service, helped me install the app by using my phone's network connection, no crash.

      Great product Easy to use & comfortable

      Easy to setup. Battery life is 23 to 26 hrs. as advertised. Sound is excellent. Actually can here things I didn’t with my old aids. They are comfortable in my ears. The app works well at least for me. There are no controls on the aids themselves but I don’t fine that a problem.

      Marvelous hearing aids!

      Adjustable to suit your particular hearing needs through its app. Volume, treble/bass, and direction can be controlled through your phone. Once done, it just works wonders!
