Seller did provide tracking # but the tracking # was never updated and had to message seller for a status update on the tracking #. Item arrived in relatively poor conditioning with the box holding the figure damaged, and the packaging itself damaged the figure. Seller wanted to refund me only 50% initially, but was able to get full refund.
