No tracking information until 5/23/25. No updates from seller before or after opening an item not received case. Seller won't proactively respond to a case being opened against them. It has been fixed. I have also had some issues with one of my local post offices losing packages for days on end. I no longer drop off there. I responded to your claim with the refund as requested. My apologies that your experience was less than stellar. I shoot for 100% all the time, but mistakes happen. Some of them are within my control and I make adjustments as needed. Some are out of my hands but I still make the attempt to fix them.
